BOOKINGS

Upon booking you will be asked to put in your card details. You will NOT be charged unless 24 hours notice is not given to all cancellations. If 24 hours is not given, a $25 cost will be charged from your card.

HanLashes does not take deposits but upon booking you will be asked to provide your card details. This is to ensure your booking is secured. Your card will not be charged unless you NO-SHOW or CANCEL within 24 hours. If you CANCEL within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $25 fee. If you NO-SHOW your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your booking and will no longer be accepted as a client of HanLashes & Beauty. 

Please remember, Hannah gets booked out weeks in advance. It is not fair on Hannah or other clients waiting for an appointment, if no notice is given to fill your appointment. 

LATE ARRIVALS 

We understand things happen, we are only human. If you will be running late to your appointment, please let Hannah know. Hannah is busy and if you are late with no warning to alter your appointment, it can throw the whole day out. 

SERVICE SATISFACTION

In the unfortunate case you are unhappy with your service, please contact Hannah ASAP. Hannah does her best to ensure you leave the salon feeling happy and satisfied. We have a strict NO REFUND policy in place. Hannah will offer you an appointment to come in for a free touch up to fix what it is you are unhappy with or a gift voucher to use at your next appointment.
